Now you can change colors of cars in GTA -Vice cityC
first open the gta folder and then open data folder then open carcol file in it with hex editor
then there will be some instructions which you can understand with common sense and change the
color of the car as you like I gave a color of taxi to a fire truck. you ca do many tricks
like this by exploring files but before this make their backup copies.
